Saipan Emerald Villa is a Mediterranean-style hotel, designed by a Korean architect. Its ideal location on the mountain side offers views of the 'seven-colour sea'. Close to Pau Pau Beach and Kensington Hotel, the property provides a free shuttle between the hotel and downtown. Airport transfers and food catering is available upon request. The property is an 8-minute drive to the diving site Blue Hole Grotto. The hotel is close to many popular tourist attractions, including the Kalabera Cave, the Mariana Seaside Chapel, Wing Beach, Achugao Beach and San Juan Beach. The hotel offers guests many popular tours/excursions, such as Grotto snorkeling, diving, jet ski, banana boat, sightseeing submarine, power paraglider and jungle adventures.
