"Pros: The house itself was beautiful, boasting a great view and starting off clean. If you’re solely focusing on aesthetic and initial cleanliness, you won’t be disappointed.
Cons: However, my stay was marred by several undisclosed issues. Firstly, a 300 Euro deposit via bank transfer was required upon arrival, a detail not mentioned during the booking process on Booking.com. This, along with the property being non-refundable, added significant stress and inconvenience. Secondly, guests are required to clean the property themselves before departure, a condition that was also not clearly stated before booking. To make matters more complicated, your cleaning efforts are rated by the next guest on a scale of 1-10, and a low score could lead to losing part of your deposit. Lastly, electricity usage is billed separately, adding another unexpected cost to your stay."
