"Pros: The location is perfect and the apartment is really nicely set up. Cons: Two major problems which are not directly the owner’s fault, but really should have been mentioned. The building is under construction, and you cannot even see the street number. The front door is behind scaffolding and it looks like you’re going into an abandonned building. And… the building is in the middle of student housings, so the parties are endless and extremely loud even at 3AM. I HAD NO IDEA GIRLS COULD SCREAM, YELL, SING AND TALK THAT LOUD." ~Henry
