"Pros: Hotel is in great location close to the boat terminal. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. All food really tasty. Afternoon snack was a nice detail and great way to begin the stay. Dinner consisted of a buffet with soup, main course and salad bar. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options to choose from. Gym and sauna were for free, both quite small but it was never too many people there. The sauna had amazing view of the mountains, sea and the town.
I had a really nice stay even though it was only for one night. Overall price/quality ratio absolutely worth it. If I was ever coming back to Harstad, I would be happy to stay there again.
Cons: The temperature in the sauna could be higher."

"Pros: The staff is fine,breakfast is fine too.
Cons: The room is dirty, so many hair strands on the bed,toilet with white spots on mirror,and no shampoo.So I have to press it hard just to get a little amount of it.The room is not ideal for kid,we have a hard time to sleep,since our neighbor room are making noise."
