"Pros: Comfortable place to stay, clean room and renovated bathroom. Nice common kitchen. Friendly staff. Cons: On arrival I was asked to pay by card, even though I'd already paid through Booking. Getting the extra payment canceled turned out to be super complicated, and the preauthorisation for the second payment wasn't canceled, but the sum was refunded instead. This cost about 10 % of the value of the payment in conversion fees, for which I was promised a refund a month ago, but have received nothing so far. I should have been more careful, of course. On the other hand, returning 100 % of an duplicate payment shouldn't be a problem in 2024." ~Daniel
