"Pros: Good sized apartment for four people. The amenities were great. The kitchen had everything for self-catering. The location to was fairly central if you wanted to go for Fjord cruise, or just go hiking in the mountains. Cons: Firstly, although the apartment itself was great there a lot of complexity in whom to contact if something is missing. Novasol is a partner of booking.com but hey don't manage the place. Novasol gave me the name of the apartment owner but she lives in Oslo. I finally found out after calling Novasol that a local company that maintains the apartment. I had to contact three different people Secondly, the total price on booking.com is different to what I ended up paying, which was more. After I paid Novasol for the apartment, I got a confirmation mail which mentioned I had pay a fee for the sheets and towels in Norwegian Kroner. I knew upfront (mentioned on booking.com) that I had to pay extra for the sheets and towels, but it ended up being more than the total amount what booking.com showed on their website. It was not a big amount but enough to take notice." ~John
