"Pros: Amazing place, location, food, staff, junior suite. Fantastic visit. Breakfasts and both restaurantsfood were great, as was service, thank you. Cons: Suite in separate building to main (with hotel facilities, bar, restaurants, spa/sauna), not stated when booking. Separate building across car park, up small flight of steps, no lift. Lugging luggage not so good. Coats and spikes on and off to go between buildings. Spa &sauna required bookings. No problem, just heads up. Minor compared to whole experience of Svalbard, but knowing these facts when booking would have been helpful when choosing room." ~Jennifer
