"Pros: The vast breakfast choice and quality were great! Service was very friendly and helpful. You can help yourself at coffee, tea and fruit all day, which is perfect for a little break and snack. Cons: Our room's windows were small (room101) and looking right into many buildings. There were only very thick curtains, so if we couldn't get any sunlight in when we wanted some privacy in the mornings while getting ready, or during the daytime. Another - not so important - disappointment was that we couldn't bring anything from the restaurant down below into our room, like if we wanted to have our dessert and a drink in privacy and the comfort of our room - even if both the hotel and the restaurant have the same owner and business. Especially on Fridays and Saturdays when the restaurant is busy and noisy, and we wanted to relax in our room but the hotel themselves don't serve dessert and cocktails. (And I don't mean room service, since you just take the stairs down to the restaurant, we just wanted to carry to drinks upstairs!) They should reconsider this, as they could be earning much more money. Not everyone is social and want to sit in a crowded restaurant after a tiring week!" ~Esra
