"Cons: This one of the worst stays i have ever experienced, the rooms are dirty and messy , bathrooms are in disaster condition we had to buy cleaning products to clean them,the most important thing water is rusty with a strong smell . Novasol the company that manage the house are scam and never answer your e-mails , we met the owner and he promised us to find a solution but he never did just waste of time and money. Finally, booking usually understand these type of situations where customers are not pleased with their stay , unfortunately this time their solution was only to contact Novasol although i booked through booking not them so the standards i expect is not what i met they could do better job." ~Naser
