"Pros: The location is close to the historic center of Stavanger which is an advantage. It is a suitable location for those who want more privacy than a hotel offers. It is equipped with everything necessary for a kitchen, heating, wifi, TV, etc. Cons: Since the period in which we stayed was one with low outside temperatures, it would have been normal for the heating system to have been activated before we arrived.
