iii) I wrote 2 messages to extend my stay by coming a day early - twice NO response
iv) The picture of the building shown in the advertisement is a building on the opposite side of Fjordgata and is house No 1
v) Because of this situation had to leave Trondheim early, lost our original train ticket, lost the money for a booked hotel in Bodø, and had to purchase a night ticket for the train: overall we had extra expenses of about 190 €.
vi) I am waiting for refund of the hotel room and the extra expenses we had due to this lack of communication/competence or fraud."
