"Pros: Nothing. We arrived on time at the apartment, but the owner was not there. Called him by phone, no reply. Eventually we got an SMS that we could not use the apartment because he had problems, although we had paid everything in advance.
He should have told us this weeks or months before and not on arrival ruining our vacation. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK...
