"Pros: Our room was good, comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfly and there was a teapot with some complimentary teas. The willa itself is well-located and has ample parking space for the guests. You can see the castle in the distance. Cons: Our room had an additional door leading to the common space, which was a definite minus. The door was quite thin and you could hear everything through it - people conversing, cooking and so on. That made the room quite noisy. We also had a bit of a mixup with the room. Initially, we were put in a different one than the one we booked. We thought that we got a free room upgrage as part of the Booking program (as I introduced myself clearly when we came and the person that checked us in said that nobody else is in the hotel for the night). But later it turned out we got a room reserved by someone else, so we got relocated. All that would be fine, mixups happen and it's no big deal. But (thanks to those thin door) I heard the men that checked us in talking to the other guest. In that conversation he not only blamed the whole situation fully on me but also referred to me per 'girly' three times. I'll admit - that was quite a mood spoiler." ~Aleksandra
