"Pros: Friendly and accommodating host.
Spacious, clean and cozy apartment.
Very comfy bed.
Quiet area - especially at night.
Well equipped kitchen.
Secure parking on the premisses.

Cons: I'm nitpicking, but this is why I don't give them a 10:
No heating. The apartment was always pretty cold (plenty of blankets available though).
For the shower to get properly hot we had to turn the water down to a trickle - and the shower curtain was a bit too short resulting in a big puddle on the bathroom floor after each shower."
