"Pros: Everything was great - loved the location, having the yard to relax in. Carla is a great host, felt right at home. Wifi was good, though I didnt need it much. Lots of common areas and hammocks. Would def come back. Cons: The stairs to the room are a bit steep, after a day hike it can be a challange. "Pros: The folks who run the Golden Killa are great. Their little hotel on the hill is beautiful, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. It’s only a short walk to the Plaza de Armas. The room was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. Breakfast downstairs was great. Every morning we had coffee or tea, juice, fresh bread with jam, and our choice of eggs, cheese, chorizo, or avocado. They also have a lunch/dinner menu we could order from when we were exhausted from tours and weren’t up to going out. They also have full service laundry, which was a huge bonus for us after more than a week on the road." ~Caitlin
