"Pros: Stayed here on the Salkantay trek. The rooms were clean and spacious, WiFi was good and showers were hot. The food was the best we had along the trail. Loads of fresh vegetables from their garden (avocado, yam, plantain) as well as home grown coffee and also somehow the cheapest dinner too. We went for lunch at a burger place down the road and really regretted not just having all our meals at the lodge. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. We interrupted their lunch when we arrived but they let us check in immediately and also organised a cab to take us to the hot springs (at a price cheaper than our friends got staying at other locations). They gave us recommendations for lunch along the trail the next day and also helped us find a hostel in hydroelectrica. They also had a super cute puppy called toby who entertained us. Cons: There’s no location on google maps but just walk up the trail and as you ascend you’ll see a sign (5min up the hill from the bottom)" ~Wing-yee
