"Pros: Nice hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast okay, they could improve on the type of bread served. It was just a bit far from the centre of nuevo and old Chimbote, you need a taxi. Be aware that the price is in dollars but you are charged in nuevos soles at their exchange rate. Choose a room at the back for somewhere quiet, there are many noisy dogs and roosters in front of the hotel." ~Cecilia

"Pros: The hosts are super friendly and helpful, even though I have a very low level of Spanish they were helpful and patient in every conversation we had. The room was spotlessly clean and the location was a great spot, very close to the market which is great for food" ~Benjamin
