"Pros: We stayed at Sealor on two occasions. The first time was terrible, there were children running and screaming around the rooms late at night and early (from 5:30 am) and also listening to music very loudly on the balcony of the house (which is one meter from the guest window) throughout the morning. I couldn't stand the music and had to ask them to turn it down, because I needed to sleep, after all we stayed up late because of the noise from the children outside. The next day, we had a transfer to El Nido, which we bought directly from the hotel receptionist that would leave at 1 pm. Since check-out was at 12 pm, we spoke to the same person who sold us the transfer and she said that we could be there until 1 pm without any problems and for free, because someone from the staff would come to pick us up when the van arrived. This same person said that we should be ready at 12:30 pm, because the van could come earlier. When we arrived from lunch at 12:15, another person came to tell us that we had to leave because checkout was at noon. Since the first person wasn't there, we made them talk to each other and we were finally able to stay in the room until the van arrived at 1:40. We didn't like the situation, but we took the shuttle anyway. The shuttle stayed with us in the van until 3:40 when the trip to El Nido began. The driver told us that it was a shared tour and that they didn't leave at 1:00, only at 3:00. So I don't know what happened because they sold us a 1:00 when it was only leaving at 3:00. In short, we wasted the whole day in a van that arrived in El Nido at 8:40. I don't recommend buying a transfer with them for this reason." ~Thayná
