"Pros: I like the family suite— pretty spacious. Very good for five people.
Cons: We were supposed to be leaving by 11 am sharp for shuttle bus to go to the airport but they were 5-7 minutes late. Had to call them twice about the trolley for our luggages. Not dramatically delayed but still, I value punctuality."
