"Pros: I like that the hotel was newly built, easy to locate and very accessible. The room was luxurious and we got the bonus of booking it on promo. (Knowing their regular rate was a bit pricey). The interior was classy, spacious and the amenities are good and complete. Plus they have a restaurant and convenience store below. Cons: We arrived early at the hotel but the staff refused to let us check in at 12 noon which is indicated at the booking site, instead they want to let us in at 2pm which is their check in time for walk-in. It's a bit of a hassle for us knowing we're travellers and we are already there but have to come back again. I think they should educate more on how online booking works and that they should follow the policy indicated for online reservations. One more important thing, the AC wasn't working on high cool. It was poorly working than a fan actually. We requested if we could change rooms but they said all rooms have centralized aircon. So instead we requested a fan cause we got no choice. I think if they have control on AC they shouldn't be doing that to their customers especially that they are located in an area with a very hot climate. Overall the hotel was good but it made us feel uneasy because of poor air-conditioning. Comfort should be prioritized instead of saving. If they want to have a repeat customer they shouldn't be treating customers cheap even if they get the room on promo." ~Mercado
