"Pros: Fast Internet connection, comfortable bed, free water, complimentary welcoming coffee, security of the room, possibility of renting car/motorbike on site, safe and friendly neighbourhood .....and above all the kindness of all the staff; they even cooked for me a special delicious chicken adobo delivered to my room after I enquired about Philippines dishes. "Pros: A set of appartments on the beach of a fishing settlement. If you want to get a true taste of local Cebu beach community... including unpaved streets, seafood market during the weekends.... and relaxed calm most of the time you cannot pick better. The appartments are not overpolished, but very comfortable, cozy, practical, unpretentiuos, can quickly feel like home to you.... Unexpectedly good wifi. No fancy beach for international tourists, but a great natural sight.... in case of bad weather there is a small, but big enough swimming pool in the appartment complex. stayed only for 3 days.... should have stayed longer.... a place to rest in calm, at a lower pulse.... definitely charming for those interested in local spots....
Cons: really hard to say, experienced really nothing that disturbed me in 3 days. Expect no big super markets or fancy restaurants within short walking distance.... a long chain of local sari sari small shops, bakeries, stands, street food sellers.... if you want a modern tourist complex with blaring music, night clubs and other global tourist amenities it is not your piece of cake.... but if (above)..."

Cons: Quite far from the city centre in relation to how bad the traffic is. Not the accommodation’s fault, but the Cebu traffic itself makes every trips to the malls take longer for what seems to be short distance trips. *Not from Cebu so was not expecting how bad the Cebu traffic is."
