"Pros: I like the self-check-in, especially since I arrived quite late already. The host's instruction is very easy to understand There was no physical contact but the host is very accommodating and sweet. The room is spacious, comfortable bed. They have cable channels. The property is very near, (5-minute) walk to SM City Lucena. Cons: The AC cannot make the room cold anymore, it seems to need some cleaning or upgrading to a higher HP since the room is big with lots of furniture. Though I am alone, but the bathroom door knob needs some repair. I suggest to install a pull-out bed instead of another bed, because the other bed became an obstruction.
