"Pros: Location Cons: The facilities were not well maintained. The fact that they did not allow us to do late check-out as they need to clean / disinfect the space for the next guest, but when we arrived - the area was dusty, the faucets & shower were leaking the whole time. The landlord even told us they would replace it the next day, which is no longer beneficial for our stay. Basic commodities such as tissue, extra blankets (though they knew we came in group of 8 guests) were not provided as well. Definitely not worth the price." ~Ailamae

"Pros: Proximity to BGC’s landmarks, shops, and restos. Apartment was clean and had everything you need. The owner supplied us with filtered water. We are a family of ten and slept comfortably. Cons: The stairs is wobbly be careful, smell in the bathroom upstairs need proper ventilation. Owner very accommodating." ~Atet
