"Pros: Staff were courteous, responsive Cons: I booked thru booking.com; paid via credit card at the hotel but i was not given a copy of my payment (small paper when you pay via credit card) There was also an additional 1,000 charge which i did not understand why was it charged upon check in. No receipts issued or given. On check out, i gave my card keys and i was just told everything is settled but no copy or no explanation why was i charged additional 1,000 on check in. No receipts given. Also the shower curtain smelled moldy, which affected the whole bathroom, Also the side tables were sagging, the drawers were opening on there own, which is dangerous for kids I was also surprised that that the electric kettle and iron was only provided upon request, it would be better to be asked up front on checkin if you need it already.
