"Pros: I liked that the property is budget-friendly and situated close to my office and the locations I am required to visit for work.
Cons: What I didn’t like about the property is that the facilities were lacking. First, there were no slippers provided, and I had to request them. The telephone wasn’t working, and they had to fix it after I had already checked in. There was no fridge in the room, even though it was listed as part of the facilities when I booked, so they had to bring one from another room. There was also no electric kettle as advertised. The television is not working. Worst of all, there was no chair in the room, even though there was a table, leaving me with no proper place to sit while having a meal, so again, I have to request it."
