Located in Metro Manila, The Linden Suites offers spacious accommodation with a flat-screen cable TV and tea/coffee maker. Facilities include a large indoor temperature controlled swimming pool with hot tub, a fitness room and spa on the 9th floor. The homely rooms are well-appointed and come with an electronic safe, telephone and private bathroom. Suites are very large and include kitchen and dining areas. Free Wi-Fi is available. The Linden is less than 2 km away from the Wack Wack Golf & Country Club. There are 5 shopping malls within a 10-minute walk of the property. It is approximately 10 km from Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Linden Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of PHP 2000 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that the property will collect a deposit upon check-in. Please note that the guest name on the reservation must be the same as the name on the card used to make the booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. Please note that a floor of Tower 2 will be undergoing improvement work starting on 1 February. To effectively accommodate all guests during the Holy Week (March 28-31, 2024), we're implementing a slot reservation system for our Health Club's indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. Each guest can reserve one hour of use, with extensions subject to availability. The allowed number of individuals is based on room type's registered guest count.
