"Pros: I like the fact that the owner of the property has great communication skills. All my messages were responded in minutes. That is really helpful for people traveling who need certainty with their accommodation. Also, the place was small but very clean and nice. Everything there worked perfectly, including the air conditioner. I had a pleasant stay during my 5 nights of being there. The location is also perfect since it is literally a two-minute (or even less) walk from the main gate of the University of Philippines at Los Banos (UPLB). It is on the main street of the town of Los Banos, so it is at the center of everything. There are MCDonald's, Jollibee, Starbucks, Seven Eleven, and other convenient places nearby. Cons: It is good that the bathroom is private. However, it is located outside the room. So, it was a bit of a hassle for me when I needed to take shower since I had to lock the door to the room in order to spend sometime in the bathroom.
