"Pros: Owners were not home to greet us on our pre arranged arrival time, they were away we were told by their neighbours so we arrived to find we had paid for accommodation we couldn’t even stay at despite being vacant on booking.com our payment was accepted
Cons: Despite several attempts to get our money back booking.com customer service and the accommodation owner have not responded terrible customer service to be ignored multiple times and no response to any of our several emails and comments"
