"Pros: This condo is perfect for a family vacation stay. We have enough rooms and beds for everyone, good for atleast 10 person.  We can rest and relax with beach and pool view infront of us. I also want to commend the owner for providing us with a complete kitchen utensils and appliances use for cooking. It is very convenient for a family to eat.  I would recommend for early check in so that the people will stay for a vacation will maximize the fun and promo or discount for next stay. "Pros: The place was near the beach that was very accessible and relaxing. All the rooms where clean and had separate bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped as well. Cons: The only things we did not like was the caretaker was a bit rude when we where checking out and also we were charged php 4000 for two kids age 4 and 6 that was not stated in their policy." ~Kyle
