"Pros: Kuya Alex itself. He was so helpful and has a lot of stories from his experience in the BPO industry. I can definitely relate. I really felt that I am at home away from home. The location was peaceful and quiet. I really got a good night sleep there. Cons: Not that I did not like. But it is really far from the main town. You need to take a tricycle to the main town, which was fine because it only costs 11 pesos. I had to be careful with my steps as i can feel the floor getting deteriorated." ~Emee

"Pros: The humble, basic nature of enjoying peace and quiet. Sleeping with the roar of the ocean, cooking on an outside grill, the lengths the owner would go to to serve any and all needs, the helpfulness of Edgar, who couldn't do enough and never moaned when I couldn't light the bbq, the eco-farm of amazing produce....everything. Cons: Nothing at all. This won't be everyone's cup of tea, so if you want luxury, go to Boracay. That really isn't the point of Kasa by the Sea. I don't care about the odd cobweb, the place had no cockroaches or rats, so I was happy." ~Daryn

"Pros: The location is secluded. It is super peaceful, and cute puppies welcome you every morning. You can easily spend the day reading in the hammock or exploring the region. Make sure you have a car or arrange a tricycle for the day. Cons: Nothing. The location and accommodation are good. Just know you are renting a bungalow next to the beach. So, basic but good amenities. It's not a hotel, so there is no reception or people there. Very responsive communication via WhatsApp." ~Jean-yves
