"Pros: Location. I have stayed in the same area in a different tower and apartment before. Cons: This is the poorest one by accommodation standards. 1)When I arrived-  the apartment was dirty. It smelt a combination of naphtalene and cooked curry food. There were old dirty rugs left inside. 2)The furnitures are broken or need update some furniture which was in pic of the advert is also not the same. 3)there was metal sticking out from the door handle of the bathroom. 4)There was also the cooker hood with remnant oil dripping on the work table because it was not cleaned. 5)The bathroom also smelt of sewers. 6)The shower handle was also broken . The handle fell off. when I arrived the agent said that a workman was arriving to fix something. Which is unacceptable given the notice of arrival was already.many months before to get things fixed. I had booked this accommodation months and months before and so this was unacceptable. It should have been sorted before a guest arrives! 6)I also asked them to bring mugs for coffee (because there was none) Iron. They sent the mugs and towels. And towels. There was no linen to change. The linen that was there were used and old faded with some rips on them. 7)The agent also sent an ironing board with very dirty cover and rusty nails . The agent argued that it was just old but said they Will bring a new one. 8)The mattress was soggy because it appears to be very old, the support for the bed is also broken. 9)the sockets sparks when used, the pictures and description is as not per advertised. 10)There were bugs cockroach like insects which appear to have crawled from the spaces where  old seals  were gone and because there were no sink covers. To stop the bugs crawling through the crevices, I informed owner that I put masking tapes to seal the openings. The owner took time to respond prior to the date of arrival. When I complained  and raised this she said that they will be in a bad state for a long term tenants and asked me to reconsider." ~Isabel
