"Pros: If you're a budget traveler, this is the spot. Some rooms have air conditioning, mine didn't but I am happy with a fab this time of year. No hot water, but I wouldn't call it cold by any means either. Go out, explore, get hot and have a refreshing shower. The location is unbeatable. Walking distance to bus station, there's a day market right outside and the school kids sing to you for dinner (school is across the street). Beach is a block away.
Cons: There is a dog that is quite territorial and barks at night. This island has many stray dogs and many roosters so travel with ear plugs if you are a light sleeper."
