"Pros: The property itself. Very spacious, personal residence type villa. Location is easy to find, secured subdivision area. They provide kitchen utensils for cooking and dining, basic food supplies are available for sale. Satisfactory for overnight stay, Cons: There are multiple baths but bit old toilet fixings, shower does not function, toilet, commode and flash need proper maintenance and tap water drops very slow. Not very clean, beds are normal 2star type, No amenities, no toiletries, no towels provided, towel rent for 50 peso each though." ~Liza
