"Pros: The Villa's gardens are very well-maintained & include a fountain, fish pond & pool. No wonder it's a popular venue for wedding photos. Lovely views of the lake & volcano. Friendly staff. V gd breakfast & v comfortable bed. Cons: My Deluxe room was situated on the lower ground floor; the window was on to an internal reception room with sliding glass doors on to a terrace. Hence the room was dark & smelt a little musty; noise reverberated from the room next to mine which was used by the staff for linen storage etc It was relatively cheap compared to the other rooms so they are probably lighter & airier." ~Carol

"Pros: The location is excellent. The best part is the responsiveness of the owner and the staff. Communication was easy (wi-fi issue) and issue was resolved very quickly. Check-out process was also smooth. Cons: The wi-fi connection was slow, but I guess this had more to do with the provider, not the owner." ~エディル
