"Pros: I love the location the most! It is so convenient to the Venice mall & more! Cons: I did not get any instructions on where to pick up the room key. The concierge staff had to make a call to find out where to obtain the room key. I was also unaware what the unit or room # I will be occupying. No instructions on where to drop our trash and the master bathroom door knob was not able to open, several times. The maintenance staffs came to the room and removed the door knob." ~Julie
