"Pros: The location was great, a walking distance to Calle Crisologo. We arrive at the hotel earlier than check in time , we are grateful that the front desk staff allowed us to check in in one of the room that was available (with extra charge). The provision of bottle water everyday and the available dringking water from a dispenser located in the hallway (so convenient). I'm glad that toothbrushes were provided (we forgot to bring ours) Cons: Food- was just an ordinary rice, egg and choice of meat. No option of either rice or bread. Suggestion: Simple side of fruits or vegetables (cucumber and tomatoes) would have been sufficient. Room- our room was located in the ground floor, though clean but ants were all over including the bathroom. Bedsheets- thin and not enough thickness. Pillows were lumpy and thin. The above issues are not a negative complains but just bringing up what can be done better for the hotel guests." ~Victoria
