"Pros: The location is incredibly beautiful, and the host, Lukash, is absolutely wonderful. The cottage was prepared four hours before our arrival, which he kindly informed us about. He provided a thorough introduction to the cottage and immediately assisted us in getting settled, although it turned out to be very easy to open it (our bad 😅). The sauna and jacuzzi were both excellent, and we appreciate the host for preparing them in advance. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a group of six people per cottage. "Pros: The house and its interior matched the description on Booking.com. The person who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. The house itself was very cozy and offered a fantastic view of the whole valley up to Jelenia Gora. As a frequent traveler to southern Poland, the house was already preheated before our arrival. Traveling with two young kids, this was a nice touch in colder autumn weather. Communication with the property operator was great. We would definitely come back as we enjoyed our stay. Cons: As other reviews already mention, the access road to the property is quite steep, so every visitor should prepare for that. The last 100 meters or so are not paved - it's a pure dirt/mud/gravel road. Climbing it in a car without good tires or without 4x4 in heavy rain must be problematic. The property offers an option to park the car at the end of the paved road - we used that for two nights as I was afraid that our SUV might get stuck in a muddy road by the house." ~Lubomír
