"Pros: The design. The champagne bar setting. The staff. Quality of food at lunchtime. The 9 hole golf was fun and good for a knock but expensive. Residents get a discount but we didn’t know this and booked directly online and they wouldn’t refund the difference to us when we arrived. Cons: We stayed just before Easter but disappointingly although the website states there are 15 amazing restaurants there were only 2 restaurants open in the evening which were cafes really and for families not couples; the website should make this clearer up front so we dined outside the hotel due to lack of choice. Also, the bar on the beach shut at 5pm when it advertised 6pm. The seafood restaurant is closed for food. We were very disappointed not to be able to use the hotel’s facilities for the price we paid and a Luxury Collection resort. There should be an ‘adults only’ pool for a resort of this size all 3 had children using them." ~Susan
