"Pros: The apartment itself was spacious clean and well furnished apart from single beds which were cheap and of poor quality - creaky and noisy whenever you moved
Cons: Unfortunately the key for the main door did not work when we arrived and no one answered our calls or WhatsApp messages This was at 22.45pm we had to go and sleep on a friends sofa that night - lucky to have had a friend who lived close by and that it was only 2 of us ! Despite texts in the morning it was nearer 10 am before we had contact . I was slightly annoyed that at first they did not believe there was an issue with the key - after some messages back and forth I finally asked that someone come to the property to try to open the door. They did and had difficulty too - it took several attempts with the key we had been given - there was a “knack”. We were not willing to accept this so they gave us another key which worked “better “. My concern was the lack of contact “after working hours”. Which really was unacceptable .What happens in an emergency ??? They advised they were only open 9am till 6 😔"
