"Pros: I cleaning and location Cons: The owner trick us not to put accurate address with floor number.my guests came for rest and recreation with a child of 13 years .the hole family have to go 4 floor via stairs if they mentioned that it's 4th floor I will change the apartment....I think they trick the client when I called them they said that it's because their policy they don't put address complete also for security of client which wasn't true because I saw many apartments with number of floor and all details. Everyone knows that it's summer but some time it's too hot in side the house there no fan and after calling first they said they will send the fan then refuse that don't have but also agreed to payback the money but as I have no other choice my guest were no where to go and I don't have other 500 for 600 to pay for another apartment...my guest were very disappointed I gave them a fan which I was using in my house you must block these type properties how give bad image to Portugal and booking.com" ~Islam

"Pros: Excellent locationThe communication with the hosts was simple and easy and the apartment is very quiet. The views you get of the whole Margem Sul is just amazing. Both balconies also offer good views of Lisbon. The amenities were also good and the wifi was fast Cons: The pipes definitely need to be looked at - there is a really bad smell coming from the bathroom and if the bathroom door isn’t closed, the smell travels through the entire flat. Better pillows are needed for the beds as they are really uncomfortable. If these two things are improved, definitely a 10/10!" ~Rui
