"Pros: The villa was very clean and spacious. The Kids loved the pool and we had great fun playing billard also. We loved the warm welcome with a bottle of Madeira wine and the generous fruit basket. Carlos was always available via WhatsApp and helped us whenever needed. The kitchen and other communal areas were well equipped with whatever needed. We appreciated also the late check out! Thanks again Carlos! Cons: The beds were a bit hard for our taste and the showers didn’t have a lot of water pressure and were difficult to get to the right temperature. Driving up to and into the property was a bit challenging at times. This was also due to the currently ongoing works on the road leading up. The works were otherwise not noisy or disturbing." ~Daniela

"Pros: we liked everything , great view from the large sunny balcony with a very well equipped kitchen, tv had plenty of english channels. Wifi is good in the living room. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and a great host. Cons: at the moment there is no parking space but this will be soon resolved as it was being built while we were there." ~Brian
