"Pros: Location, spaciousness, quiet and very clean. We had absolutely everything we could need or want. The beds were quite comfortable, the closet space in both bedrooms was great and thank you for providing hangars! All the linens were very satisfactory for our group of four. The lovely bottle of wine was a delightful treat, thank you. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend your apartment to our friends and family! Cons: Instructions need improvement. The heater/air conditioners were confusing (particularly because we didn’t know they were on timers that were set for them to go on in the middle of the night). We finally just turned them off. We were unable to park inside the gate both nights as there were already two cars. We parked on the curb, which was okay but we thought we paid for a unit with parking. The coffee maker was fussy and the lid kept popping up (which caused the brewer to stop) so maybe it’s time for a new one. Instructions for what to do with our trash were incomplete - the neighbor told us we had to put it in our car and take it with us and dispose of it in the city or elsewhere. That was not in the instructions. A couple of area rugs and some art on the walls could warm up the rather spartan decor. Hints on where to buy groceries or where to eat would be a welcome addition to the instructions." ~Schmitt

"Pros: - Apartment is located in a very quiet area. It could be boring for some people however it's perfect for stay calm and quiet. - Apartment's terrace is huge and has a nice ocean view. - Apartment was clean. Cons: - Wi-fi signal was very weak. Also no connection at all on terrace. Cellular connection was also bad due to location. Wi-fi connection has to be improved. - There was not enough fork in the apartment. You have to run a huge dishwasher almost everyday. - There was no sofa in the living room. It was definitely not comfortable when sitting in there. - There was no washing machine in the apartment. Also no laundry options nearby. - Fridge was small." ~Emil
