It’s located in the southeastern part of Madeira, near Prazeres, offering you a peaceful sanctuary with stunning gardens—all to yourself. There are amazing spots to watch sunsets, and the neighborhood is calm, beautiful, and safe. The house has two floors: the ground floor features a dining room, kitchen, and bathroom, while upstairs you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a balcony—perfect for enjoying a glass of Madeira wine in the evening. There’s also a separate dining area with a grill and a second toilet if needed. Parking is conveniently available right in front of the house. One thing to note—be cautious of the wild cats in the area and avoid petting them, as they can be unpredictable.
