"Pros: Location was ideal for its proximity to Hospital de Santa Cruz. There was enough space for 4 of us and a baby plus a visit of in laws. A very helpful (some could say nosey) neighbour gave us good suggestions. Communication was very good. Available on street parking. Cons: Sometimes it would feel like this neighbour was monitoring our every move which felt a bit intrusive at times. However, nothing related to the stay itself or the owner, and he was still helpful." ~Barbara

"Pros: Nice amenities. Decoration of apartment was homey. Near small grocery store and take away food options. Cons: Very bad musty smell in elevators and hallway. Upon arrival bathroom had a bad moldy smell. Needed to keep windows open. Insense very strong, and allergic." ~Diane

"Pros: Not sure that anything can be liked about this apartment as everything that you can think was bad and went wrong. Literally - it's nothing like the photos. Cons: First of all, I could not get into the apartment due to the host being busy. We've agreed to check in at 15.00, but because of the 30 mins delay from my side the host said that he is buy with other clients now and will be able to check us in in 3 hours. Then, the property itself is not of a good quality - it's pretty worn off, mattresses and pillows are horrible, there was a strong smell of chemicals throughout the property, fridge was not working, there was no kettle or teapot to make the tea, pool was dirty all the time and not usable. There are dogs on the adjusted property that bark all the time, property stands on the highways and it’s always noisy. Up until the point when you cannot sleep and are sleep deprived. When we asked for the refund, the host asked for photos of the kettle that was absent and stopped responding." ~Georgii
