Although as expected (as per description were not included) appartament do not provide cleaning products for the house, shower soap and shampoo, etc; However it would have been very appreciated" ~Nirox

"Pros: Thankfully the inside looks better than the outside. Cons: They don’t show the full picture of the renting for obvious reasons. The state of the building is degrading! Looks like an horrible movie place once you get inside. The corridors are dirty and the walls too, full of humidity and dust. Just to get to our flat we needed to go multiple floors down and for 2 days the lifts didn’t work. The instructions given were not accurate as most doors were locked anyway. From upper floors I believe they had a good view but in general a very disappointing experience." ~Joyce

"Pros: The amazing view is what's most notable of this apartment. Apartment inside was awesome as well very comfortable for 4 people with 2 ensuite bedrooms, comfortable open kitchen - living room and balcony complete with seating and dining set and the most amazing view. The apartment is decorated in a modern clean style and has all the amenities for a stay at the beach. Sleeping to the sound of waves was amazing. Mara was very responsive and nice. Cons: The overall apartment building is dated and not in best condition. The location and the inside of the apartment, however, makes up for this, it's awesome! The internet did not work during our stay and also the automatic gate opener (i.e., phone) did not work for us. However, parking was available on the street." ~Erick

"Pros: Nothing…just location Cons: The apartment wasn’t as pictured. It was not on a higher floor but on the main level which you had to enter a dark smelly hallway and walked downhill to get to it. The apartment had a very strong musty smell. So much so that we didn’t want to breath. In addition, the bottom of the shower was rusted, there was gunk on the kitchen cabinets, the bbq’s were completely rusted, everything was old and there were flies everywhere inside. I was able to contact the management company and then spoke to the owner who assured me we would get a full refund because we didn’t end up staying. We were fortunate enough to find a hotel room close by. We were refunded less than half of the full amount that was paid in advance." ~Shelley
