"Pros: Property is located very conveniently to Marinha Beach, but I would recommend having a car to get there. The Rocha Brava community is also very convenient. There's a little breakfast place and serviceable grocery store just steps from the condo, and there are a couple of restaurants that are walking distance. The condo itself was a nice size for a family, and it was clean and had nice outdoor spaces. Cons: The condo does not appear to have air conditioning, and there were no fans. I think this place would be perfect with just a couple of box fans. It's possible they were stashed in a closet somewhere, but we did not find them. However, it cooled off at night, so we just left the windows open. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with a slice of ocean view, and I think that having a table up there would be great as well." ~Jill

"Pros: Very close to lighthouse Alfanzina and praia's. Nice house, nice terras, nice garden. Rooftop terras! Cons: They asked for a deposit of EUR 250,-- to pay cash but then never collect it so leaving us walk around with that amount of money. We saw no one because it was a self check-in which was okay." ~Johannes
