Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, Vale da Lapa Village Resort will provide a secure UNICRE link. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. This credit card must be presented at check-in. A new payment will be request if the card is not presented. The Club House is under renovation from the 15th of November to the 31st of January. In this sense, Vale da Lapa F&B service will only operate, as follows: Breakfast From 07:30 am to 10:30 am, in Room Service without costs. Snack`s: From 11:30 am to 03:00 pm, in Room Service without costs.
