"Pros: The property was a short walk to all the major sites in Coimbra, though be prepared for walking uphill. Our apartment was on the ground floor which was convenient. While bijou, it had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great for a short visit.
Cons: It appeared that the bathroom had a damp problem as paint was peeling off the ceiling and walls by the shower. Also the extractor fan was triggered by a presence detector and went off within a few seconds. Not enough to extract anything!
This also made drying towels difficult, but after asking, a spare set was provided the following day so that fixed the issue."

"Pros: Romeo met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and where things were. Great hospitality! The location is ideal and the view of the river excellent. The supplies for breakfast/snacks was a very nice touch! The apartment was very well-equipped and comfortable. This was our third trip to Coimbra and our best property yet!
Cons: No complaints although a small stool to set clothes on in the
bathroom would be nice!"

"Pros: What a great place to stay in Coimbra! First off, Carlos is an exceptional and kind host. Superb information provided to assist us in planning for our arrival. So convenient because he picked us up and dropped us off at the Coimbra-B train station. The studio is perfectly located for easy discovery of the important sights by foot. The studio is quiet with a superbly comfortable queen bed and with lots of natural light and even a view of the river/park. Large bathroom and very nice kitchenette that besides a washer has a drier as well - a first during our 2 months of travels. The final touch was a treat of white port and pastel de nata upon our arrival. Need I say more?
Cons: Not a thing."
