"Pros: Well located apartment, close to the sea and Cascais. Friendly owner bought new pans and brought clean towels and bed linen after a week (at our request). Unfortunately the bottom sheet was worn out.
Cons: Door hinge loose (note, this has already been reported by another customer)
sewer smell and mold in bathroom; ventilation in the bathroom is poor. Dirty smell was reduced by keeping the drains closed.

shower tap cannot be fixed
noisy apartment; noisy neighbors (especially 29)
power outlet to the right of the bed does not work
bed bugs: after two weeks in the apartment I started to suffer from itching. The pattern of the bites resembles that of bed bugs. (in a line and clustered). Did not see any bed bugs, but did see that the mattress needed to be cleaned."

Cons: Nothing. We enjoyed the whole stay. Only one criticism (and in no part is it the fault of the accomodation ) parking, quite expensive. But that is set by the local authority."
