"Pros: Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Location was great! This is my why returned to the hotel a second time. Cons: Safe was locked when I checked into the room. No toiletries including body wash and soap. Sink to small and no place to put our toiletries. Bathroom was too small! During the two months before arriving at hotel my emails to property were not returned. Need someone monitoring emails during Jan. to Feb. Closure. No face towels." ~James
